Government grant application writing

I provide complete grant application writing for high-value government funding programs.

This service is focused on preparing a submission-ready application that is clear, aligned to the assessment criteria, and capable of standing up to formal review.

It is designed for organisations applying for competitive state or federal grants where the quality and structure of the application materially influence the funding decision.

What this service includes

My work typically includes preparation of the full grant application, including:

  • the core funding narrative and responses to assessment criteria

  • project workplans and delivery schedules

  • evaluation frameworks and outcome measures

  • risk identification and risk management responses

  • budget development and financial inputs, based on information provided by your organisation

Each component is developed as part of a single, coherent submission, rather than as standalone documents.

What happens when we work together

Work begins once your organisation has identified a funding opportunity and confirmed its eligibilty to apply.

My role is focused on preparing the grant application itself.

I work with your organisation to:

  • understand the project, delivery context and constraints

  • clarify the core funding case

  • align the application tightly to the assessment criteria

You provide the necessary subject-matter input and financial information. I am responsible for shaping this into a clear, assessment-ready submission.

Indicative investment

Fees reflect the complexity, funding value and timeframes associated with the application.

For high-value state and federal grants, complete application writing typically starts from $3,800.

In addition, a success fee applies where funding is awarded.

The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the approved funding amount and is outlined in the proposal prior to commencement.

Final pricing is confirmed once scope, program requirements and submission timelines are clear.

What to expect

This work assumes that:

  • the funding opportunity is significant and time-bound

  • eligibility has already been confirmed by the organisation

  • internal input and information will be provided on agreed timeframes

This approach is not designed for low-value grants, exploratory applications, or high-volume submission models.
